Good afternoon, Chandler Friends:
I can’t tell you how much I’ve enjoyed our Bible Study on Sunday nights. Our method is simple. We pray. We read. We talk about what we just read. We make sure not to skip any verses and we ask lots of questions. What I’ve discovered is there’s something about reading the Bible together that brings the Scripture to life. If you have ever found yourself wanting to read the Bible but don’t know where to start—or you struggle to read consistently—I hope you’ll consider joining us on Sunday nights from 6-7pm in the Fellowship Hall. Come when you can, and you don’t need to do any prep beforehand. Childcare is available just down the hallway.

Food Pantry Update
Thank you to everyone who served at the Food Pantry last Saturday. We get another chance to serve this upcoming Saturday as well. What you see pictured above is a “Blessing Bag.” The Outreach Committee makes these to go along with the food. They contain a winter hat, gloves, socks, and a card with information about the church. Shout out to the Outreach Committee for all they do to serve. We are a church that loves to serve—and I love that.
Missions Board
Hopefully you’ve noticed the new “Missions Board” in the hallway. The Outreach Committee revamped the old one with the goal of keeping our EFM missionaries on our collective mind. Each month, you’ll see different missionaries highlighted on the table. We highlighted Brad and Chelsea Carpenter this month. Make sure to check out the changing slideshow each month.
