About Josiah Brown

I began serving as the pastor of Chandler Friends Church in May of 2023, but Chandler, Oklahoma is familiar territory. I grew up here all the way through High School (CHS class of ’13). After High School, I attended Friends University in Wichita, KS where I received a B.S. in Finance with a second major in Christian Spiritual Formation. Courtney (CHS class of ’12) and I were married shortly after I graduated from college, and then we moved to Friendswood, TX where I served as the pastor of Student Ministries at Friendswood Friends Church. We now have two small boys, Everett and Owen. I love the Friends Church! But more importantly, I love the Kingdom of God, and I believe God is working through Chandler Friends Church to reveal his Kingdom “on earth (and in Chandler!) as it is in heaven.”
